We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant role in Thomasville, NC! This is a fully on-site, temp to hire position with a great family owned company.
In this role, you are working with a small team and will be assigned your specific clients to manage in regards to order processing, providing tracking, updates, etc.
You will also be responsible for assisting their Parts Manager with entering PO’s for replacement pieces and other projects that come available!
Responsibilities :
Manage a shared inbox, pulling out orders for your assigned clients
Communicate with customers through various channels
Process orders, quotes, and samples
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
Provide information to customers about order status and product queries
Work closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items
Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments
Assist Parts Manager with replacement parts
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications :
At least 2 years of B2B Customer Service experience
Experience with ERP system
Excellent interpersonal skills
Must be able to work well across functions and interact effectively with all levels of personnel within and outside of the organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Ability to Work Under Pressure
